Ron Gonski serves as Chief Operating Officer of Everest Holdings, where he leads the firm’s efforts to grow and strengthen its core business lines—private credit, acquisitions, and advisory services. His work centers on developing strategic, adaptive solutions that align with the evolving needs of investors, partners, and clients.

Mr. Gonski brings a diverse background in law, technology, and investment to his role.

Mr. Gonski holds a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, where he was a member of the Gemstone Honors Program.

He remains active in Arizona’s business and civic community and is passionate about advancing responsible growth and innovation in real estate and finance. Fluent in Spanish, he has also lived and worked abroad in Spain and continues to support cross-border professional exchanges.
