Matt serves as Everest’s Vice President of Property Management. His responsibilities include oversight of the company’s commercial services and property management functions.

Prior to joining Everest, Matt was a commercial property manager for Colliers International where he was responsible for managing over 4 million square feet of commercial retail/office/industrial properties totaling 165 properties and over 300 tenants. The portfolio spread across multiple markets including Arizona, Hawaii, Alaska, Texas, Illinois and California.

Matt holds a degree in Marketing from Arizona State University complimented by a certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and an active member of the IREM® Greater Phoenix Chapter. He also holds his Real Estate License with the Arizona Department of Real Estate. Additionally, Matt is a supporter of the Arizona Feed My Starving Children organization, as well as a volunteer for the St. Mary’s Food Bank.
