Michael Gusich, Director, Commercial Property Acquisitions
Michael Gusich serves as Everest's Director of Commercial Property Acquisitions. His responsibilities include the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence and closing of multifamily and other commercial real estate investments for Everest Holdings.
Prior to joining Everest, Mr. Gusich managed acquisitions for Alterra Capital Group in Miami, where he acquired 1,800 multifamily units over two years. His other experience includes the completion of 80 acquisitions for Clear Channel Entertainment and $1 billion of debt financing at Bear Stearns, both in New York.
Mr. Gusich received an MBA from The Wharton School and BS from the University of Illinois, where he also played varsity football and earned Academic All-Big Ten honors. He is an active member of the ULI and Men's Arts Council of the Phoenix Art Museum.
